On your personalized smart review landing page, positive and negative experiences are first filtered. You can define which rating you consider as positive (e.g., 3+ stars).
Positive Experience: Customers with a positive experience will be invited to write a public review. You can offer multiple platforms, such as Google reviews, Trustpilot, or video reviews, which can be preselected by you.
Negative Experience: Customers with a negative experience are directed to a detailed form to help you understand what went wrong. Customers can also leave their contact details for direct follow-up, giving you the opportunity to win them back and, after successfully resolving the issue, receive a positive review to improve your feedback culture.
You’ll receive a link that you can include in your emails or on your website. Additionally, we provide you with a QR code, which you can use for creating cash register stands, business cards, or stickers.
Integrate your reviews into your website, whether as a carousel, feed, popup, or small icon. You can also choose which reviews are displayed and, if desired, include a button leading to your smart review landing page.

The analytics dashboard provides data for an overview of all your reviews. You can monitor the number of reviews received, spot rating trends, and view statistics on visits to your smart review landing page and review QR code.

• WhatsApp: By linking your WhatsApp account, you can send the review link directly to your customers via WhatsApp Web.
• SMS: You can connect a phone number and send personalized SMS messages with your review link to customers. Currently, phone numbers can be integrated via Twilio or Telnyx.

If you can send automated review requests yourself, for example via Shopify automations, your scheduling tool, an email/newsletter program, or you plan to use the QR code on-site, then you don’t need the ‘Ultra’ package.
If you don’t have these options and don’t want to set up an alternative solution yourself, then the ‘Ultra’ package makes sense for you.
You usually get access within 24 hours. Then you just need to set up your desired review platforms and personalize your smart review landing page.
Once you have completed the setup, you can send your review link and set up the QR code to start collecting reviews right away!
